The Water Crisis

“Safe drinking water is a basic human right.”
(World Health Organization, 2003)

Water is essential for life. Without it vegetation, animals, and humans cannot survive. People in most developed nations take safe water for granted. Average Americans use more than 75 gallons of water a day.
The average person in a developing country uses only about 2.5 gallons
a day.
